Come immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere of the New France Festival and discover a selection of beverages to suit every taste! Two beverage service locations are available on the event grounds: - Roméo’s Gin Bar, located in the City Hall Gardens. - Trou du Diable Bar, located at City Hall Square. You will find a variety of drinks, including water, beer, wine, ready-to-drink beverages, juices, slushies, and soft drinks. Treat yourself to beers from Trou du Diable microbrewery, Roméo’s Gin and Pur Vodka ready-to-drink cocktails, or Roméo’s Gin’s low-alcohol options, perfect for enjoying the festivities with a lighter touch. For an extra refreshing break, be sure to try our delicious frozen slushies. A free water station is also available in the City Hall Gardens. You can refill your personal water bottle there or purchase the event’s commemorative souvenir cup. Please note that no beverage service is available at the Parc-Montmorency National Historic Site. Whether you're a fan of beer, cocktails, lighter beverages, or frozen treats, everything is in place to help you stay refreshed and celebrate in a friendly, festive atmosphere!
