From May 1 to October 31, 2026, dive into the fascinating world of archaeology and New France in the streets of Old Québec, as you search for the treasure of the last Intendant. Step into the shoes of an archaeologist and follow the trail of an ancient mystery. Equipped with the backpack of an expert who devoted her life to this quest, you’ll solve riddles and uncover some of the city’s best-hidden historical and archaeological treasures. The trail then leads you through Old Quebec, through five encounters with historical, ghostly and legendary characters who come to life before you to tell their stories: sometimes moving, sometimes surprising, and often laced with humour.
