Daytime — The Trades Courtyard

10 AM to 6 PM

Step into The Trades Courtyard and discover the craftsmanship of New France through live demonstrations presented from 10 AM to 6 PM. Meet artisans and historical characters, including a blacksmith, a broom maker, a calligrapher and soldiers from the Carignan-Salières Regiment, and immerse yourself in the fascinating daily life of those who helped build the country.

Evening — The Innkeeper’s Terrace

6 PM to 10:30 PM

Join Angélique and her sister at the Innkeeper’s Terrace, their brand-new outdoor cabaret where the festive spirit of New France comes back to life! In a warm and lively atmosphere, raise a glass, laugh and sing along with musicians.

Starting at 6 PM, the terrace comes alive with energetic musical evenings and the innkeepers’ unforgettable toasts, blending humour, colourful anecdotes and playful nods to history. A festive experience you won’t want to miss!
